BE INCLUSIVE SPOTLIGHT AWARDS
I’m incredibly honoured to share that I’ve been nominated as one of the top four finalists for Chef of the Year at the prestigious Be Inclusive Hospitality Spotlight Awards! The awards night takes place on October 12th in London, and I’m brimming with excitement. I’ll keep you updated on the results!
BRIGHTON'S BEST RESTAURANT AWARDS
I am pleased to announce that The Spice Circuit Kitchen has been recognised as one of Brighton’s Best Restaurants for the second consecutive year. We received one dome for our high-quality food, prepared from scratch using local produce.
OCTOBER BEST
October Best is back! This year, we invite you on a delightful spice journey to Southern Sri Lanka, featuring a menu inspired by the unique bars and beach shacks of Hiriketiya Bay as part of our October Best Dinners series.
Join us on October 10th, 11th, 15th, 16th, 17th, 22nd, 23rd, 24th, and 25th. We will have one sitting each evening at 7 PM for just £35 per person. Spaces are limited, so if you’re interested, please email me your preferred date, and I will check for availability.
