BE INCLUSIVE HOSPITALITY SPOTLIGHT AWARDS
I am thrilled to announce that I am one of the top four finalists for the ‘Chef of the Year’ award. This year, the voting process will be open to the public, and it would be truly wonderful to win this honour for Brighton and Hove. As a reminder, last year, The Spice Circuit Kitchen was awarded Best South Asian Food at the same event.
POP UPS AND SUPPER CLUBS
TIGER EATS CHICKEN
We had a fantastic few weeks at Bison Beer for our inaugural pop-up launch, and the feedback has been incredibly positive. We are excited to return for more on the 14th, 15th, and 16th of August at The Windmill Pub. You can either book directly with the pub or simply walk in.
SUNDAY SUPPER CLUB
Our next Sunday Supper Club is scheduled for the 9th of August, with a theme inspired by Tamil Nadu, the last state on India’s East Coast. The cost is £35.00 per person. To make your reservation, please email hello@chefkanthi.com.

COOKING LESSONS
In addition to my regular cooking lessons at The Community Kitchen, I am excited to offer private cooking lessons for small groups of up to four individuals in my kitchen. These sessions are ideal for celebrating special occasions or gatherings with friends and family, as well as for those eager to hone their culinary skills.

SRI LANKA 2027
I am thrilled to announce that the dates for the upcoming Sri Lankan Tour have been finalised. The tour will commence on the 27th of January and conclude on the 9th of February. If you would like to view the complete itinerary, please visit the tours page on our website or click the link below.
SUMMER BREAK
I would like to inform you that the kitchen will be closed from the 24th of August until the 10th of September, as I will be taking a summer break to spend quality time with my family in India.
This time away will also provide me with fresh ideas and inspiration for the Autumn season.
