I'm delighted to announce my latest venture, The Spice Circuit Kitchen on Portland Road Hove after a successful decade of food ventures in Brighton. This takeaway kitchen will feature homegrown recipes, mainly from South India and Sri Lanka. Each year I explore local recipes on my food tours, eager to share them with our community.

Here's what to look forward to:​

• The menu will be short and change monthly.

• I plan to use locally sourced produce based on seasonal availability.

• Once the takeaway service is operational, I will organise supper clubs and special pop-up dinners.

• I am committed to using eco-friendly compostable packaging for takeaways.

Moreover, I will offer returnware options where customers can choose stainless steel containers for a deposit, which can be returned or kept for future orders and get a discount.​

Each month, I will select a charity to donate a percentage of sales to. For the first month, Ive chosen 'Women V Cancer'- a fundraiser supporting Breast Cancer Now and Ovarian Cancer Action.
