October has been my busiest month this year so far, with 14 days of packed October Best and supper clubs. Thank you to everyone who booked with us and made it a memorable event. As we head into the festive season, I'm looking forward to working with amazing autumn produce and creating festive dishes for November and December.

I am hosting an exclusive Diwali Dinner on 7 November, where I will be cooking some festive dishes we make back home for Diwali. £35 per person, with a minimum of 2 per booking,ng as it will be a sharing feast. You can choose from a veg or meat option tasting menu.

I am heading to Saltdean Lido for the first time to host a Sri Lankan Supper Club on 11 November. One night, one island and lots of spices to bring warmth and comfort to cold autumn evenings.

I'm excited to announce that my good friend Brigi is opening her dream Pizza place ‘STRETCH.’, on Preston Road hopefully this week, and I would like to invite you all to visit this amazing restaurant and try the best pizza in town.
She's won ‘Pizza Chef Of The Year’ twice, along with many more awards and accolades. Watch out for an exciting Spice Circuit collab pizza on the menu soon.

For a small, one person run independent spot nestled away from Brighton, I think this is a truly wonderful honour, and I would like to express my sincere gratitude to everyone who voted for us.
