We've been nominated for some BRAVOS !
I am excited to share that we have received nominations in two categories at the BRAVO Awards: Sustainable and Takeaway. While I recognize that we still have a journey ahead in fully embracing
sustainability, I strive to embody these principles as a small business.
Here are some of the steps we are currently taking:
- Sourcing local produce from farms throughout Sussex and using organic ingredients from Harrietts of Hove.
- Sourcing spices directly from small-batch farms.
- Utilising organic coconut products from Sri Lanka.
- Offering compostable takeaway containers.
- Committing to recycling our waste. I am continuously exploring additional ways to enhance our sustainability efforts.
